For the most part of her 14 years work experience she has been dealing with HR responsibilities in China and other Asian countries for talent development and HR generalist. During the years of growing experience in both area, she found out how long lasting Talent Development programs increased the recognition, sense of belonging and employee engagement to the company. Her main responsibilities in this position include monitoring and analyzing economic trends in the Chinese market as well coordinating and implementing surveys conducted by the German Chamber of Commerce. Josipa holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Basel, Switzerland. Prior to her move to Shanghai, Josipa was working in the financial industry in Switzerland in various economic and business departments.
