The Delegations of German Industry and Commerce in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Taipei represent the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Greater China. “New World, New Work" 

- How to Attract Talents?



Effective human resources management continues to be a big challenge for German companies in China. Changing business environments along with new expectations towards jobs and work places, provide a new challenge for HR departments in companies all over China: How to attract young talents [Millennials].


China alone has 400 Mio. Millennials, waiting to be employed, hoping their university degree was worth the hard work and will open the door to a better life. Their future job should be able cover all expenses and should provide an environment that helps to build a steady career.
