Better Business Partnerships

A good partnership needs more than good chemistry.

Some of the best opportunities in business come through other people.

So do some of the biggest headaches.

A partnership can start because two people trust each other, like each other, or see an exciting opportunity together.

But trust and enthusiasm do not answer questions like:

• Who is responsible for what?
• Who owns the client?
• How is revenue divided?
• Who makes the final decision?
• What happens when one person contributes significantly more?
• What happens when priorities change?
• And what exactly does “partner” mean in the first place?

In this practical masterclass, we’ll examine:

• Partnerships vs. collaborations, affiliates, referrals, joint ventures, and contractors
• How to determine whether someone is actually a good business partner
• Roles and responsibilities
• Money, commissions, expenses, and contribution
• Decision-making authority
• Client and intellectual-property ownership
• Communication expectations
• Exclusivity
• Unequal workloads
• Partnership red flags
• Renegotiating changing relationships
• Exit conversations and protecting the relationship when possible

You’ll leave with:

• A clearer framework for evaluating potential partnerships
• Better questions to ask before saying yes
• A stronger understanding of what should be clarified early
• Practical ways to address partnerships that are already becoming difficult
• Good collaboration should create leverage—not confusion.

Other things you get:

• Super informative sessions led by an experienced coach, entrepreneur, educator & AI integration specialist.
• Practical tips and strategies you can implement immediately
• Includes:
  • Question and Answer time (so bring your questions!)
