We are a group of specialists in the area of health and wellbeing with years of experience in supporting individual, group and corporate clients.




Titi Hill is the Founder of Good Enough Weight Loss (GEWL) which is a bespoke programme tailored to your lifestyle. She has supported hundreds of people in their weight loss journey and has 7 years’ experience in offering a holistic approach when addressing the unhealthy triggers that affect emotional and physical health. 

Titi Hill trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). She has a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Counselling from the University of Surrey. She has been trained in the area of mental health with the NHS in the UK and possesses over 12 years’ experience working in a variety of settings. 

Titi created the GEWL programme as she felt the need for a holistic approach that offers the support of different specialists in one packageAs a busy mum herself she understands that for people to nourish their health in a fast-paced society, they would benefit from emotional support, ideas for functional fitness, meal plans for healthy eating and guidance in setting realistic expectations when balancing their daily lives. 



Dr. Melissa Rodriguez, is a naturopath who is passionate about health and wellness, and enjoys sharing this passion with others. She offers a complementary approach to many common challenges people face, such as digestive issues, mood disorders, skin conditions, asthma and hormonal imbalances. Naturopathic medicine seeks to find the root cause of disease, not only treat the symptoms. In this way, true healing can be achieved. Through the use of natural therapies such as dietary modifications, supplementation, herbal medicine, homeopathy and hypnotherapy, Dr. Melissa helps support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

She received her naturopathic degree from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada, one of the seven accredited Naturopathic Medical Colleges in North America. Board certified by the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario (CONO), Dr. Melissa is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), as well as the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Dr. Melissa works at Beijing United Family Hospital, at the Center of Family Medicine and Integrative Health Care.


Specialists for the 4-WEEK GEWL Programme 



Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as tapping is an easy and effective way to release emotional blockages. The technique is based on TCM acupressure points and the meridians. 

EFT is ideal for weight management because often our emotions are what creates the perfect reasons for overeating or choosing the wrong foods. Tapping gives you emotional freedom from those stresses and fears, so you choose your options more calmly and wisely. Whether it’s emotional eating, stress eating, or celebratory eating our emotions dictate our choices and by understanding our emotions we can better understand ourselves.


                                                      

Camille Pipkin, has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As one of the lead instructors at Human in Motion from 2008, she has trained hundreds of clients from various backgrounds including Olympic hopefuls, professional athletes, high schools athletes, marathon and triathlon competitors and more.  

Cami has been a guest lecturer on functional fitness and general health at the International schools in Beijing. Her personal achievements include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2015, completing the Great Wall marathon, multiple half marathons, trail races, and sprint triathlons. Cami’s goal is to motivate and inspire her community of family, friends, clients and anyone that crosses her path.  Providing proper education to her community pushes her to always take on new and innovative ways to stay healthy and fit so she can move forward on the top of her game and continue to inspire everyone for years to come! 


Dr. Deborah Ma, has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 10 years. Deborah has eight years of medicinal training at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, where she received her medical degree and Ph.D. degree. Dr. Ma is also a licensed acupuncturist in California.

Chinese medicine aims at treating our body in a natural way, while at the same time effectively prevents disease from happening and results in healthy and balanced body conditions. Dr Ma is specialized in internal medicine, such as neurological conditions, digestive disorder, women’s health issues and pain management especially acute and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions and neurological problems, such as sciatica pain, neuropathy, and arthritis. 

Her Ph.D. research focused on fatigue, memory and insomnia, which can also be effectively treated with acupuncture and herbal medication. Dr. Ma’s unique combination of abdominal, scalp, face and body acupuncture session effectively treat all kinds of diseases and helps to accelerate the recovery process.

Although Dr. Ma is a foodie and a homebrewer/beer lover, she managed to lose 15lb. in the past few months by changing her life style, simply by taking care of what to eat and training regularly at the gym. Her sessions will include teaching everyone how to use TCM theory on weight loss, identifying your body type, nourishing your body with nutritious food how and ways to exercise. This will show you how to make changes in your diet and lifestyle.


                        

After 10 years of experience working worldwide as a chef, Camila Betin specialized in creating fit and gourmet recipes that are at the same time nutritious and delicious. Certified by ISSA as a fitness nutrition specialist and fitness trainer, her nutritional coaching program has the main goal of empowering people and training them in a healthier and happier lifestyle.

 “I've started to change my relationship with food around 3 years ago, but before that, as a lot of people, I struggled over years and years with my weight and eating. I did many different diets and lost weight here and there, but always went backward at my first distraction. I always paid to use the gym, but I used to go once every 2 weeks, or so, and the word “diet” for me was synonymous with suffering and not enjoying life in the way I was used to. It was just when I started seeing food and exercise from another angle that I found my way to a happier and healthier life. That’s why I've decided to start this project; because I want to help people find this way too; a way that is pleasant and doesn’t mean pain, or giving up on anything.”

Nutritional Coaching - “Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through behavior adjustments by focusing not only on the food they eat but also their lifestyle”. Changing a lifestyle is not simple and giving the first step if hard. My job is to help you to make your health a priority and to achieve long-term and sustainable results, both physically and emotionally. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or just get healthy, I will take the time to listen to your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling, and help you to figure out exactly what works for your body. I will help you to implement small changes, little by little, at a pace that’s comfortable for you so you can meet all your health goals.
