Julie Zhang is an experienced business professional and had been working for Center of American States since 2011. During this period of time, she worked for SMEs of United States for their recruiting services due to their requirements to start up new office in China. Before joining Center of American States, Julie had been working for a Dutch Human Resource Consulting Company, International Top Talent as a project manager. She organized HR consulting projects in a very professional manner and recruited Chinese students for Dutch research institutes. 

Julie Zhang graduated from Thunderbird School of Global Management, the top‐ranked US business school with international management focus. In addition to the MBA degree from Thunderbird.

Julie 是一位有经验的专业人士, 具有 10 年的招聘经验。她在几年前创立了举美商务咨询有限公司，专注于为外资中小企业提供人力资源管理咨询服务。

Ms. Tao has nearly 20 years of practical experience in human resource management and organizational development in multinational companies. She has worked in international hotels, retail, leisure, manufacturing, technology and transportation. In these large multinational companies, she has worked as hr training and development Manager, HR Director of China headquarters and HR General manager of Greater China. She has worked and studied overseas, and is familiar with different corporate cultures in the East and the West. She is good at flexibly applying various management concepts and tools, and integrating coaching and guidance to promote and lead the potential of hr team, so as to support the development of the organization and the achievement of business goals. She is proficient in HR modules and has accumulated experience in many projects such as business merger, organizational development, leadership development, high-potential talent development and corporate culture.
