- Infrastructure Construction and Urban Services under the Pattern of Innovation
The construction of new urbanization has become one of the key investment directions this year.
In the future, the development of major urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas will change the existing urban pattern in China, and promote the continuous aggregation of industries, population, capital and other factors to central cities.
According to the new urbanization construction process, the coming structural development potential of investment and development in infrastructure and real estate industry lies in the construction of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas. This aggregative expansion will eventually result in a "one-hour commute" between the core, inner, and outer rings of a city. On capital side, new opportunities may have emerged.
With the rise of mobile Internet, platform economy and sharing economy, crossover and integration have become a general trend. At the meantime, the government strongly supports the construction of information infrastructure, technology research and development, which provides a good external environment for the transformation and upgrading of various industries.
The RICS China Summit 2021 will focus on the innovation and development of cities, take financial market policies into account, examine the latest industry investment trends, and carry out in-depth discussion on the transformation strategy of construction and the diversified development of the real estate industry to achieve a long-term goal of sustainability.
