A few days later, lots of new topics had been brought into the climate change circle and the public in China by the climate change conference held in Morocco and the results of the new presidential election in the United States. Therefore, what was the new progress of the Mrocco Conference this year? What effects would be brought to China’s climate change policies by the new international situation? What opportunities would China take part in the international governance mechanism?
