  Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with law degree, and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and business areas, Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of Bosch China. From 2015, she is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Management in Stuttgart Germany Bosch Global Headquarter. Starting from Feb 2019, she joins the Management Board of Bosch China as the Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in Asia Pacific.

  Jens Pfitzinger

  Executive Vice President of Human Resources

  In 2018, Jens Pfitzinger took up the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Organization & ITP at Volkswagen Group China in Beijing. He is also a Member of the Board of Management at Volkswagen Group China. At the same time he holds different Board of Director positions at Volkswagen Group companies in Region China. Before coming to China, Jens Pfitzinger was the Head of Group Organization Development at Volkswagen AG. Prior to that, he held various management positions in HR, Organization and strategy in Volkswagen Group companies in Germany and Czech Republic.
