The new Kathleen’s Waitan is housed in the rounded building below, the first of three others that follows. It is the lead “ship” of a flotilla sailing down the Huang Pu River. Kathleen’s Waitan South Bund rooftop terrace looks out to the horizon of the Huangpu, offering panoramic views of the Pudong’s modern skyscrapers.
