Introduction：

人工智能最早是于1956年在达特茅斯学会上提出的。我们目前正在经历的这一轮人工智能主要是基于21世纪初机器学习领域中深度神经网络以及自然语言处理领域的一些突破。本次我们将探讨人工智能与医疗领域结合的重要发展方向有哪些？对初创公司在此领域发展的建议有哪些？国内政策，市场准入法规等是否会成为我国医疗人工智能发展的瓶颈？医疗人工智能是否存在投资过热的现象? 此前在医疗人工智能领域有哪些比较成功的投资案例？围绕这一系列的热点问题，医疗人工智能领域的五位资深专家将分享他们的见解。

The AI technology is at the edge of big broke-through because of the development in Deep Neural Network and Natural Language Processing in early 21st century. Thus, what are the trends and opportunities in terms of the application of AI in healthcare industry? Will thepolicies and market access regulations limit the development of healthcare AI in China? Does overinvestment in healthcare AI area exsit? Are there any successful investment deals in healthcare AI area?  A panel of seasoned veterans in the healthcare AI area are invited to share their insights.

About Panelists

Xuwo Ji  许田

From 1993 to 2018, Prof. Tian Xu served as an assistant professor, associate professor, tenured professor, CNH Long Chair Professor, and associate dean of the Department of Genetics and Neurobiology at Yale University. From 1996 to 2018, Prof. Xu served as adjunct professor at Fudan University, Chair Professor of the Yangtze River, Director of the Institute of Developmental Biology, and Director of the International Cooperation Research Centre for National Development and Disease. Prof. Xu has been a long-term editorial board member of the magazines, Annual Review of Genetics, Molecular Cancer Research, Integrative Biology, The International Journal of Biological Sciences, and the editorial board of Disease Models and Mechanisms. He has served as chairman of Chinese Association of Biologists. He was awarded the American Outstanding Postdoctoral Award (Whitney), American Outstanding Young Scientists Scholar (Pew), Howard Hughes Fellow, Tuberculosis Sclerosis Association Innovation Award and Outstanding Contribution Award, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS Fellow) and other awards. Prof. Xu is not only the founder of LAM, Drug Farm, Double Rainbow, Fosun Lead, GeCell and other technology companies, but also an advisor of companies such as CuraGen, Butterfly, Hyperfine, Quantum-Si, etc. He is also the chief scientific advisor of Fosun Pharma.

许田教授在1993到2018年历任耶鲁大学遗传学和神经生物学助理教授、副教授、终身教授、C.N.H. Long讲席教授，及耶鲁大学遗传学系副系主任，1996-2018年历任复旦大学兼职教授、长江讲座教授、发育生物学研究所所长、国家发育与疾病国际合作研究中心主任。许田教授长期担任Cell、Annual Review of Genetics、Molecular CancerResearch、Integrative Biology、The International Journal of Biological Sciences等杂志编委，Disease Models and Mechanisms创刊编委。许田教授曾任华人生物学家协会主席，获美国优秀博士后奖(Whitney)、美国优秀青年科学家学者(Pew)、霍华德休斯研究员、结节性硬化症协会创新奖和杰出贡献奖、美国科学促进会成员(AAAS Fellow)等奖项。许田教授不仅是LAM、Drug Farm、Double Rainbow、FosunLead、GeCell等科技公司的创始人，也是CuraGen、Butterfly、Hyperfine、Quantum-Si等公司顾问，还是复星医药的首席科学顾问。

 

Shirley Yeung 杨小雯

Ms. Yeung is Founder & Managing Partner of Dragonrise Capital based in Shanghai, China. As one of the earliest venture capitalists investing in mainland China in past 17 years Shirley has been instrumental in investments and financing of a number of high profile and successful Chinese tech startups including Series A in Tencent, Sohu, Sina, Focus Media, and GCL-Poly Energy etc.  She also participated in the IPOs of China Telecom, China Mobile and Unicom etc. while working for JP Morgan as a VP; prior to returning to Asia she worked in New York City where she managed $3.5 billion in Non-U.S. Equity investments for Verizon Investment Corporation, the largest U.S. Corporate Pension Fund. Shirley served a term as Executive Chairwoman of the Investment and Financing Committee of the MOFCOM-affiliated China Council for Promoting International Investments , and is a Member of the Advisory Board of Yale University Schoolof Management in New Haven, USA,  She holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University School of Management.

杨小雯女士为龙腾资本创始人和管理合伙人，为国内最早从事风投行业的投资专家之一。过去十几年中曾负责并成功投资了腾讯科技的A轮, 搜狐，新浪，分众传媒以及保利协鑫等著名互联网高科技和媒体公司；此前在JP摩根担任副总裁期间曾参与中国电信、中国移动和中国联通等大型国企的海外IPO项目。在纽约工作的4年期间曾担任美国最大公司退休养老基金的Verizon资产管理公司国际证券部负责人，负责投资和管理分散于全球120个国家的35亿美元股票证券投资组合。 杨女士曾任商务部附属的“中国国际投资促进会投融资工作委员会”理事长；拥有美国耶鲁大学管理学院MBA学位，并担任该学院的全球顾问委员会委员。

Hao Zou 邹昊

Dr. Hao Zou is is the CEO of Tsimage Medical Technology, the visiting professor at Stanford University, the Chair Professor at the Centre for Financial Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and the Director of Tsinghua Centre for Medical Imaging and Health (CMIH). As an expert in machine learning and quantitative analysis, Dr. Zou completed his PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering, MBA, and MA in Economics within three years. His recent research focuses on artificial intelligence, big data mining, and their applications in medical technology, finance, and other interdisciplinary areas.

邹昊博士现任清影科技CEO，斯坦福大学客座正教授，清华大学金融科技中心讲席教授，深圳清华大学研究院智慧医疗中心主任。三年完成斯坦福大学电子工程博士、硕士、MBA、经济学硕士等四个学位。致力于开拓人工智能在医疗影像和大数据健康等领域的深度应用。有数十篇国际期刊和会议论文的发表，并参与多个国际标准的制定。作为华人在全球学术与科技界的杰出代表，获得中国国务院侨务办公室“世界华裔杰出青年”、达沃斯世界经济论坛“全球青年领袖”、福布斯全球30位30岁以下青年领袖等荣誉。

Bing Wang 王兵

Dr. Bing Wang is engaged in the development of Watson for Oncology in Cancer Treatment and Gene Analysis at IBM Watson Health. Dr. Bing Wang has more than10-year Medical Oncologist experience at the affiliated Hospitals of Second Military Medical University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. He also has more than 10-year Cancer Research experience at Harvard Medical School, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Wang has published 44  papers in peer-reviewed medical journals.

王兵博士目前在IBM Watson Health从事人工智能（Watson for Oncology）在肿瘤治疗和基因检测分析的研发工作。王兵博士曾在上海第二军医大学和上海交通大学的附属医院担任肿瘤科医生10余年，在美国哈佛大学医学院、加州大学旧金山分校（UCSF）和美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）从事肿瘤学研究10余年，在国际期刊发表论文40余篇。

Cathy Fang 方骢  

 

Dr. Cathy Fang  is currently the vice president of YITU Medical.Prior to joining YITU, she had served in several operational management roles at Amgen,including the companywide operation strategy and the Lead of the first electronic records system implementation team aiming to achieve full informationization of clinical production. Dr. Cathy Fang served as North American Executive Sales Director of Shanghai Jimma Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Technical Director of Cynvenio System Biotech Co., Ltd. Dr. Fang holds a Ph.D. in molecular and pharmacology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in MBA and a master's degree in bioengineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

方骢博士现担任依图医疗副总裁。在加入依图前，她曾在Amgen担任过数个运营管理职务，包括公司整体运营策略和用于临床生产的首个电子记录系统实施团队负责人，实现临床生产全部信息化。方骢女士曾任上海吉玛生物技术有限公司北美执行销售总监和Cynvenio System生物科技有限公司的技术负责人。方骢博士拥有加州大学洛杉矶分校的分子和药物药理学博士学位，以及麻省理工学院的工商管理硕士学位和生物工程硕士学。

Jinglei Zhang 张京雷

Mr. Jinglei Zhang is currently the Vice President of Airdoc，a leading company in the field of artificial intelligencemedical image recognition and auxiliary diagnosis. Prior to this, Mr. Zhang served as vice president of marketing and operations of Little Apple Paediatrician Group from October 2015 to the end of 2016. Mr. Zhang also worked for Johnson & Johnson (Xi'an Janssen) and Novartis China Headquarter for more than ten years. Mr. Zhang received an MBA from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 2012.

张京雷先现任Airdoc副总裁。Airdoc是人工智能医学影像识别和辅助诊断领域的领军企业。在此之前，张京雷先生自2015年10月至2016年底在小苹果儿科医生集团担任市场和运营副总裁。张京雷先生还曾在强生中国（西安杨森）和诺华中国总部工作十余年。张京雷先生于2012年获加拿大渥太华MBA学位。

Kevin Ye 叶宇翔

Kevin Ye is the CEO of SalubrisPharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceuticals company in China. He started as assistant general manager in charge of distribution network in 2004 and was named CEO in 2007.  Kevin took the company public in 2009 in China’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange.  As of June 2017, market capitalizationof the company reached RMB36bil (USD$5.2bil). Prior to Salubris, Kevin was a business planning manager for HP (then Compaq Computer) in Cupertino, California.  Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors at Renmin University.  He is also a member of Yale Asia Development Council, Yale School of Management Greater China Advisory Board and president of Yale Club of Shenzhen. Mr. Ye received his BBA from the University of Michigan Business School and MBA from Yale School of Management.

叶宇翔先生现任深圳信立泰药业股份有限公司董事、总经理。叶先生自2004年加盟信立泰药业历任总经理助理、副总经理，2007 年6 月至今任深圳信立泰药业股份有限公司董事、总经理。2009年叶先生带领“信立泰”在深交所成功上市，2017年公司市值达350+亿。在加入信立泰之前，叶先生先后于美国American Management System 任高级商业顾问，在美国惠普电脑公司任商业策划经理。叶先生目前担任的主要社会职务有：广东省医药行业协会副会长、深圳市高新技术产业协会副会长、深圳市医药行业协会监事。叶先生还担任中国人民大学客座教授、人民大学董事会常务董事、美国耶鲁大学亚洲发展委员会委员、耶鲁大学管理学院中国顾问委员会委员、耶鲁大学深圳校友会会长。叶先生毕业于美国耶鲁大学管理学院，取得工商管理硕士学位。
