    Pam Morrissey is an Educator Coach who helps international educators manage their stress so they can inspire their students and change the world.

    老师：Luba Diasamidze

    Luba Disamadize is an Executive and Team Coach who specialises in helping teams find their common ground, remove barriers and find more purpose.

    老师：Petra Owusu

    Petra is a Leadership Coach who specialises in helping organisations develop agile, strong and well-balanced leaders.

    老师：Will Sung

    William Sung is a British born Chinese certified ICF PCC coach with over 1300 hours supporting Executives and Leaders. Coaching since 2008 as an in-house corporate leadership coach, he is an associate Leadership coach for the HKUST MBA program and career coach for HK University Business School since 2018. Located in Guangzhou, his coaching practice works with FT500 and SMEs as well as development programs for individuals.

    There is a gap for many new coaches between the expectation and the reality of joining the professional coaching industry. With a lot of the business development information aimed at coaches in the West, these strategies don't always hold up in China. In this panel discussion, we will address some of the common challenges faced by those building their coaching practices here in China, how we have faced these challenges, and how we are (Re)imagining the Future.
