We aim to engrave innovation into the DNA of Chinese companies for enhanced growth, while at the same time promoting international exchange of knowledge and experience." 【Social Innovation Workshop社会创新工作坊】创新是建立一种新的“生产函数”，对生产要素或生产条件的“新组合”。无论是个人还是企业和想要实现可持续发展，就需要拥有创新思维，突破传统定势。对于个人来说，如何打破思维定势，拥有创新思维，解决困扰我们的各方面问题，给生活和周围的环境创造更多美好。对于企业而言，如何透过生产、营销、人力资源、研发、财务投资等日常运营环节，结合大众重视的社会问题，提出创新解决方案，创造社会经济的共享价值是值得探讨的议题。通过社会创新工坊，扫盲社会创新概念，让更多人知道社会创新可以让商业发展和公益理想并行不悖。 Facilitator description 朱灵德以新(DIC)创新咨询顾问、复旦大学MBA、丰富的创新领域专业经验，致力于为转型期企业创新赋能，助力中国企业创新落地。基于TRIZ理论、创新十型和设计思维，开发企业创新能力诊断测试和策略库；关注快消、制造和医疗领域的产品和服务创新。利用创新模型和引导工具解决客户实际工作中的难点问题，设计和引导研讨工坊。创建H&H社会创新共益平台，关注企业社会创新(CSI)领域发展前沿理论和案例。为企业市场品牌、CSR部门经纪人提供分析洞察和顾问建议。翻译出版英国商业畅销书《创造力就是生产力:创业者的时间去哪儿了》。
