    We all want to raise critical thinkers. We want kids who don't give up when they encounter a challenge. Instead of shutting down and complaining, "This is too hard," we want them to say, “This is tough, but I'm going to keep trying until I figure this out." Kids love reading mysteries and writing mysteries. In this Kid Detectives lesson, kids will learn about games that they can play to work on their own detective skills, such as detailed observations, logical thinking, the sights, sounds, smells around, secret codes, fingerprinting, and invisible ink - just to get them in the right frame of mind.
