This club is committed to providing scientific and professional quality education and training for young people. Through the output of traditional culture and the form of experience of handmade wood-making, children can learn from perception towards learning, from exploration and discovery to hands-on practice, and grow through practice and innovation from the very basic to the advance stage, so as to better stimulate children's potential. To become a self-growth system with sound personality and cultivate comprehensive innovative talents with all round development for the future. The curriculum will be based on the characteristics of children at different ages, set up different topics. In this course, we will learn the safety use of conventional tools, identify the characteristics of wood, understand the mortise and tenon joint technology, and feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture. 大小木作俱乐部，以中国传统手工匠心文化为载体，致力于为青少年提供科学、专业的素质教育培养，通过传统文化的输出和手工木作的体验形式，让孩子从感知到学习，从探究发现到动手实践，由浅入深地贯通实践创新成长，更好地激发孩子的潜能，成为具备健全人格的自我成长体系，为未来培育全面发展的综合型创新人才。课程将根据不同年龄阶段孩子的特点，设置不同主题内容。在课程中学习常规工具的安全使用、识别木料特性、了解榫卯连接工艺的同时，感受中华传统文化魅力。 Eligible Students: G3-G5 Maximum Number: 20 Time: Monday 15:45-16:45 Club Location: A308 Club Leader: Mr. Sun Yan (Guest teacher) Club Fee: 2200 RMB/season Teaching Language: Chinese
