    巴西柔术是一项在国际上备受推崇的武术运动。由于其利用物理和杠杆原理，巴西柔术可以超越体型和重量限制来有效地进行对抗。巴西柔术针对突发情况也可以有效地化解，能帮助小朋友在受到欺凌或攻击时及时作出正确的反应从而可以自我保护。DEFGROUP在少儿柔术教育上有着丰富的经验，我们将从小朋友熟知身体活动开始，到基础技术，再到受保护的对抗训练中循序渐进。我们希望把最好的服务带给小朋友们，通过这项武术运动培养小朋友们谦逊、有纪律、团队合作、尊重和坚韧不拔。 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is an internationally popular martial art. Based on the principle of physics and leverage, size does not matter when combating against a stronger foe. Thus, BJJ is an effective form of anti-bully & self-defense against unexpected encounters in students daily lives. With DEFGROUP’s years of experience in teaching martial arts to kids, our junior BJJ programme will prepare your loved ones with physical movements, basic techniques and series of gentle drills. We want the best for your kids, and our goal is to boost the qualites of humility, discipline, teamwork, respect and tenacity!
