    She grew up dancing, whether it was ballet or traditional Chinese dance and played tons of sports, but she says she has never “worked out,” she just lives an active life.

Hailing from Mauritius, Jennifer loves Rihanna, who is a fellow island girl. She grew up dancing, whether it was ballet or traditional Chinese dance and played tons of sports, but she says she has never “worked out,” she just lives an active life. For her, the only inspiration she needs to get moving is the gift of two arms and legs- the human body was made to move. SPACE has become a home for Jennifer because of its focus on enjoying the journey rather than the results. “Love every crunch you do,” she says. Jennifer is a firm believer that an active lifestyle has the power to save you and make you feel good in so many ways, and the fitness community is so supportive and amazing. Jennifer loves being moved by music as much as she loves fitness. One of her favorite memories is when she was 17 years old, riding a bus back in Mauritius, listening to some soft rock on an old iPod her sister had given her, and watching the island landscape go by. At that point, she was so peaceful and completely in love with life. Jennifer brings that same passion for the power of music to every moves class, and she definitely knows how to turn up the sweat!
