On January 21 and 22, 2021, ELG will be offering developmental milestones checks on-site at Concordia International School. The purpose of the developmental milestones checks is to understand your child’s current developmental levels in relation to their chronological age. The developmental milestones checks include communication (speech and language development), motor (fine and gross motor) skills and sensory integration. A speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, and physical therapist will undertake developmental milestones activities with each child, and an individual developmental milestones check results report will be provided.
Consent and Scheduling Confirmation
Cost
The cost of the multi-disciplinary developmental milestones check is 300 RMB per child + 3% processing fee.
Follow Up and Advice
The information obtained about your child’s development will be immediately shared with you in-person. By email, you will then receive a developmental milestones check results report completed by the specialists, which includes a short summary of findings and recommendations, indicating whether follow-up with a specialist is recommended for your child. This confidential report will be shared with Concordia International School and a copy will be kept at our offices in case you have further questions. After the developmental milestones checks are completed, parents can contact ELG to seek additional support as needed.

学建将于2021年1月21日和22日在协和国际学校提供发育成长里程碑速查服务。发育情况检查旨在根据孩子的实足年龄了解其当前的成长水平。检查包括沟通（言语语言发育）和运动（精细运动和粗大运动）技巧。职能健康专家、物理健康专家以及言语语言病理学家将负责具体的检查工作，并将根据检查结果出具一份发育情况检查报告。

多学科速查的费用为人民币300元/每人 + 附加3%手续费。
我们会在第一时间告知您关于孩子的发育情况。您将收到一份由专家编写的发育情况检查结果报告。该报告包括筛查结果概述和相关建议。建议包括是否需要由专家做进一步跟进。该报告为保密信息并将与协和国际学校共享。报告副本将存放于学建办公室，以便后续为您答疑解惑。检查完成后，父母可以联系学建以获得更多的帮助。
