    The club inspires students’ love for woodwork in an interesting and interactive way. Imagine making an object or creating a work of art from scratch with your hands. What a cool thing it is to realize the design by yourself! It can also help many people, which is also a professional skill for entering the dream school in the future. The club will bring brand-new hand-made content, starting from zero foundation and using safe tools (mainly hand tools) to make solid wood items, and the finished works can be taken home to friends and relatives. While learning the safe use of conventional tools, identifying the characteristics of wood, and understanding the mortise and tenon joint process, you can apply the charm of Chinese traditional culture. 大小木作创意手工俱乐部以趣味互动的方式激发人们对木作的热爱，试想通过双手，从无到有制作一件物品或打造一件艺术品，把存在脑海里、笔记本电脑里或图纸上的梦想设计亲手实现出来，这是一件多么酷的事情！还能帮助很多人，这也是今后步入梦想学校的专业技能。KAP2大小木作带来了全新的手作内容，零基础起点，在中英双语专业老师的细心指导下，使用安全工具（以手动工具为主）制作实木物品，制作好的作品可带回家送给亲朋好友。学习常规工具的安全使用、识别木料特性、了解榫卯连接工艺的同时，感受中华传统文化魅力，随心所欲的进行创造。 Eligible Students: G6-G8 Maximum Number: 20 Time: Thursday 15:50-17:00 Club Location: A102 Club Leader: Mr. Sun Yan (Guest teacher) Club Fee: 2700 RMB/season Teaching Language: Chinese
