Tea: White tea from wild tea mountain in Guanyang
It was produced in the spring of 2013, and compressed into a spherical cake shape in 2020 in order in order to undergo a period of “aging”, turning previously astringent tea into product that has a unique fruity flavor.
Paring chocolates: Black chocolate and nuts chocolate
White tea naturally brings out the fruity aroma of jujubes, while the mellow tea soup blends with the intense, slightly astringent taste of dark chocolate, with a transitional layer of sophisticated mint dark chocolate in between. The distinctive flavors of chocolate and tea intertwine, creating a multi-dimensional sensory experience.
