LOYALTY TO YOUR ORGANIZATION JUSTICE TO THOSE WITH WHOM YOU DEAL FAITH IN YOUR PROFESSION

1. Avoid the intent and appearance of unethical or compromising practice in relationships, actions, and communications.

避免关系、行动和交流中出现不道德或有损害的意图和表现行为

2. Demonstrate loyalty to the employer by diligently following the lawful instructions of the employer, using reasonable care and granted authority.

采取合理谨慎和授予的权力，积极执行雇主的合法指令，以示忠诚。

3. Avoid any personal business or professional activity that would create a conflict between personal interests and the interests of the employer.

确保任何个人、企业或专业活动不会导致个人利益与雇主的合法权益发生冲突。

4. Avoid soliciting or accepting money, loans, credits, or preferential discounts, and the acceptance of gifts, entertainment, favors, or services from present or potential suppliers that might influence, or appear to influence, supply management decisions.

避免索取或接受金钱、贷款、信贷或优惠折扣，及从现有或潜在供应商处接受礼物，招待，人情等可能会产生负面影响或看起来会影响供应管理决定的行为或行动

5.   Handle confidential or proprietary information with due care and    

proper consideration of ethical and legal ramifications and  governmental regulations.

适当考虑道德、法律后果，合理遵循政府的法规，妥善保管机密或专有信息

6.     Promote positive supplier relationships through courtesy and impartiality.

通过礼貌、公正的方式推动积极的供应商关系和客户 

7.     Avoid improper reciprocal agreements.

避免不恰当的互惠协定

8.     Know and obey the letter and spirit of laws applicable to supply management.

了解和遵守适用于供应管理的法律相关文字和精神

9.     Encourage support for small, disadvantaged, and minority-owned business.

鼓励支持小企业、劣势企业及少数族裔企业

10.   Acquire and maintain professional competence.

获得并保持专业技能

11.   Conduct supply management activities in accordance with national and international laws, customs, and practices, your organization’s policies, and these ethical principles and standards of conduct.依照国家及国际法律、风俗、实践，组织政策及相关操守原则和行为准则进行供应管理活动

12.   Enhance the stature of the supply management profession.
