Cancellation and Refund Policy
30 days prior to trip commencement:
- Full refund minus a 25% Processing Fee
29-10 days prior to trip commencement:
- With an acceptable medical reason: 50% refund
- With no / an unacceptable medical reason: Non-refundable
Less than 10 days prior to trip commencement: Non-refundable
行程取消和退款
行程开始前30天以上取消的：
- 扣除已支付款项的25%的作为手续费
行程开始前29-10天取消：
- 由于可接受的原因取消的: 退还已支付款项的50%
- 无理由/由于不可接受的原因取消的: 已支付款项不退
行程开始前10天以内取消：已支付款项不退
