Vinyasa Yoga 流瑜伽 - by PURE

This is a morning Session led by Betty. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating and dynamic experience.本课程于英国日上午进行，由Betty老师领课，适合稍有瑜伽练习经验的同学，课程将带给练习者振奋、流畅的体验。

A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Only a limited number of yoga mats are available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Yoga mat.

本课程强调动作与呼吸的串连，练习顺畅而充满流动感。课程首重呼吸的节奏，以呼吸凝聚心智的专注力，体位法停留的时间比较短。课程可能包含一些呼吸练习、梵唱，以及冥想。

Parent-child Yoga 亲子瑜伽 by PURE

This is a post-lunch session led by Lilian, welcoming parents and their kids (above 10 years old) to breathe, relax and stretch together.
本课程于午餐小憩后开课，由Lilian老师领课，欢迎家长和儿童（10岁以上）在呼吸之间，亲子相伴。

Through gentle stretching and relaxation, we help children build bodily awareness and regulate emotions, while deepening parent-child trust and quality companionship. These gentle interactive practices focus on breathing and relaxation to enhance physical awareness and strengthen the parent-child bond, allowing parents and children to unwind and stretch side by side.

Only a limited number of yoga mats are available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Yoga mat.

在舒展放松中，帮助孩子提升身体感知、调节情绪，同时增进亲子信任与陪伴，大人孩子一同舒缓身心。温和互动练习，练习呼吸与放松，提升身体觉察，拉近亲子联结，大人孩子共同舒展身心。

This is an afternoon session (3 pm) led by Daisy, who has consistently placed in the top 5 for RPM from 2020 to 2022.

A Circuit Blitz class trains the body for activities performed in daily life and is also highly effective for fat burning. Using small equipment and bodyweight exercises performed in a circuit of stations that target muscle and cardiovascular endurance. A great way to strengthen the whole body, challenge coordination, and improve balance.
