The Council on Women & Diversity is a corporate membership Group and our membership services help organizations to succeed with the purpose of the following :  Clarify the opportunities and implications of their current workplace Women & Diversity initiatives Identify critical Women & Diversity leadership competencies Create comprehensive Women & Diversity plans and Gain the executive-level support and change-management processes needed to ensure success.

Help us recognize the ongoing extraordinary efforts, dedication, and leadership of the strong, talented, and selfless PEOPLE who help shape our workforce in the workplace. Do you know of a WOMAN who demonstrates strong leadership, seeks to empower women to advance, advocates selflessly for individuals who are unique talents. A woman demonstrates leadership, overcomes obstacles, advocates for others and works toward a positive global impact for women in the workplace. The AWARDS celebrate exceptional people who are leaders within our corporate world and community.  

The intention is to reach out to all women from member companies who wish to explore, develop another leadership in response to those concerns most affecting their lives and our community. We envision circles of women gathering together to redefine what leadership looks like from the hearts and experiences of women, while inspiring and supporting each other as they discover where and how they can most meaningfully offer their unique contributions. We hope to foster links with women from member companies in the local community and share knowledge of women's experiences in their professional/home lives with community groups. This is the 1st in its kind - Network for Women's Network to connect and engage women with men as allies. 

The D&I Beyond Best Practice is a professional learning series organized by the Council on Women & Diversity for member companies to receive access to a close-knit network of senior D&I practitioners and advocates and sponsors who share ideas, strategies, challenges and successes with the goal of advancing their organization and the field of Diversity & Inclusion.

We aim to have a common understanding of the challenges and struggles both women employees and employers are faced with, and gain insights on what is the best possible solutions for dealing with these obstacles if any, through exchanging ideas and thoughts, we come up with strategies to equip women to achieve career progress and organizational effectiveness.

Each learning session we will invite a guest Speaker and or a panel representing her or his company to share their D & I best practices, followed by group discussion among participants across various background companies on what is working or not working, what is the best to learn from. 

We also brainstorm what MORE and BETTER together we can offer to women and talents from time to time and what support we need to get from top management and leadership to engage women and employees.
