Cinzano Prosecco is a true and global Italian icon, propelled by brothers Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano Cinzano. Cinzano Prosecco D.O.C. is an aromatic and dry sparkling wine from the best wine-growing areas of the Colline Trevigiane, produced through a natural fermentation process. Prosecco D.O.C. characterizes straw yellow colour, fruity aroma and fresh taste with good persistence .

Thanks to our new Aperol Spritz Kit, using the official recipe on the pack itself, you will prepare this iconic Italian Aperitivo at home in just a few minutes.

Aperol Spritz is a freshly made cocktail made by a mix of Aperol and aromatic sparkling dry Prosecco D.O.C. with a dash of soda water, served in a large wine glass, plenty of ice and garnished with a slice of fresh orange. Thanks to its refreshing bittersweet taste, it is a perfect cocktail to be enjoyed with friends at home and a great companion to different types of finger food.

Try it with your favourite appetizers or prepare an authentic Italian Aperitivo ritual by serving Aperol Spritz with traditional Cicchetti. Aperol Spritz official recipe:
• Fill a wine glass with ice
• Pour 3 parts of Prosecco (9 cl)
• Followed by 2 parts of Aperol (6 cl)
• Add a dash of soda (3 cl)
• Garnish with a slice of fresh orange
