Kenichiro Nishihara / 西原健一郎，作曲家•选曲家•制作人•纯音乐创作者。音乐品牌•发行公司《unprivate acoustics》代表。


自1996年起，西原健一郎以潮流为中心，在广泛领域的音乐中亲自操刀选曲，作曲以及制作。在个人专辑《Humming Jazz》，《LIFE》之后，2012年发布了个人第三张专辑《Illuminus》。那是开始，他在与Folklove系列，企业品牌的协作企划，精选专辑的乐曲创作提供，以及艺人作品发行等涉及多领域的作品、课题方面大显身手。
以钢琴为特征的爵士乐Smooth Jazz不仅在日本，在全世界范围内也掳获了大量的粉丝，很多作品成为当时热议话题。
在以其名义“ESNO（エスノ）”制作的课题中，追求不受题材限制的全新音乐的可能性，2013年与女子高中饶舌艺人daoko合作发行了单曲 ESNO《黄昏平行线feat.daoko》。预见了次世代HIP HOP，轻POP的世界观，获得了来自多方面的支持。
在2014年西原健一郎自己创立了新品牌“Jazcrafts”，他以“创作如同craft（工艺品）一般的音乐”为主旨，开展进行了更加丰富的Jazzy音乐。
在2015年5月发售的新专辑《Jazzy Folklore》中，收录了已经停止活动的Ovall的鼓手mabanua作为主唱演唱的乐曲。其他还有饶舌艺人Cise Starr。从《Heart》开始就在西原健一郎的作品中成为不可或缺基础，合作过《Colors》的熟人SLikd，从推出了Beck等著名艺人的独立品牌K Records到Ashley Eriksson (from LAKE)，从芬兰爵士乐队Five Coners Quintet到国民演奏家JukkaEskola吹奏小号、粗管短号参加其中。
在节奏与钢琴合唱中体会到美妙的怀念与未来相结合的全新题材Jazz folklore诞生。

Since 1996, he has arranged, composed and produced music in a wide range of genres ,centering on fashion .He released his album “Humming Jazz”, “LIFE”, “Illuminus” ,and ”Jazzy Folklore ”.He has collaborated with the Folklove series and corporate brands ,as well as shown his capabilities in a wide range of productions and projects ,including producing compilations of musical pieces and artists .Based on dance music, his smooth, jazzy sounds of comfort and sense of melody featuring the piano have been a strong influence not only in Japan ,but all around the world, with many of his works succeeding on the hit charts .he is in pursuit of the potentials in new music that cannot be defined by genre .His first ESNO album, “Visionary” that was released in 2012 drew many people’s attention because it was appointed opening track of fashion show or radio program. He released ESNO’s 2nd Album “Release” in 2015.He launched his new label ” Jazcrafts” in 2014 This label concept is “make music as crafts”.
He will release more rich jazzy sound from now on.
