JAMIE PEA
Jamie has a background in the culinary and visual arts, having studied Art History and Film in university, along with working in the kitchens of renowned restaurants,* at Sotheby’s fine art auction house and Sauce F&B marketing (whose clients included Gordon Ramsay and Angela Hartnett). Jamie has been a Beijinger for three years and co-founded Joyseed gourmet breakfast delivery. She also juggles freelance food photography, videography, styling, consulting and writing projects for clients including Time Out Beijing, Galleria, Aman Resorts Summer Palace and the Sichuan Tourism Board.

MARK MA (马梓雲)
Mark has been Time Out Beijing's in-house photographer for the past three years and has shot a number of covers and features with a focus on food photography. Through his work at Time Out Mark has also honed his food styling skills and developed his own style - working closely with Time Out's dining editor as well styling the majority of his own shoots. Mark's clients include the TRB restaurant group, Hatchery, Cacha Cacha, Mercedes Me, Sureno & Jing Yaa Tang (The Opposite House), Mio and Caiyixuan (Four Seasons), Hagaki and Feast (East Hotel) as well as JW Marriot, Conrad and Shangri-La hotels.
