Hatchery - China’s first culinary incubator from Beijing - is popping up again in Shanghai in collaboration with Peddlers Gin Company, Fisher & Paykel, Future Cuisine, Zeffer Cider, Villa Maria and Time Out Shanghai to bring you the first edition of our Tastemakers Series.

The Tastemakers series brings together creators, designers, innovators and tastemakers over fine food and perfectly paired drinks. For our first edition, we’re hosting the perfect cocktail party for the movers and shakers of Shanghai with craft gin cocktails, an open kitchen with seafood canapés, crisp craft cider and New Zealand wine - and all at a secret location overlooking People’s Square.

风尚引领者系列活动以精美的食物和完美搭配的酒水汇聚了创造者、设计师、创新家和风尚引领者。值此第一届风尚引领者系列活动之际，我们以精酿金酒调制的鸡尾酒、开放式厨房烹饪出的海鲜小食、爽口的精酿苹果酒和新西兰葡萄酒款待上海的风尚人物——一切尽在俯瞰人民公园的神秘聚会地点。
