日落瑜伽 with Benjamin from MySoul Yoga

Benjamin来自美国，是国际瑜伽联盟E-RYT 500瑜伽导师，及ASHY(Anusara School of Hatha Yoga)亚太区负责人和全球师资评审委员会成员，他也是Jayasara Yoga Kula瑜伽学校的创办者，拥有心理学学位。他已教授超过1000小时的瑜伽认证培训课程。他的教学来自Iyengar和Anusara派系，在课堂中致力于将深度的练习连结呼吸和身体。Benjamin曾跟随过Rodney Yee， Richard Rosen，Jinsung，Manouso Manos，Ramanand Patel，Rusty Wells，Jamie Lindsay，Desiree Rumbaugh和John Friend在美国学习瑜伽长达四年，之后他从旧金山迁往中国，开始追求练习和知识的深度，通过瑜伽练习滋养和连接内心的深处。他目前致力于Anusara Yoga的教学推广。
