3-4:30pm | Join for an Aboro Meet Up with MICHELE, FABY, CHRIS: this super session combines Kick Boxing with Fitness and is ideal for beginners or anyone wishing to try a new discipline.

4:30pm | LULULEMON will host a centering and inspiring Vision & Goals workshop

5-6:30pm | Join JUSTIS for a mindful journey through yogasana as the sun sets over Shanghai. An intimate practice of the body and mind that will conclude with a brief massage and healing circle.

No matter what your age or fitness level is, empower yourself with a glorious afternoon with new and old friends.
