Fabrizio Zanardo, Estee Lauder

Fabrizio currently leads the regional IT organization of The Estee Lauder Companies in Asia Pacific. In this role, Fabrizio is responsible for delivering technology solutions to support day-to-day business operations in an increasingly connected, consumer-facing environment. He also works closely with business partners to help them win through technology and innovation. 

The Estee Lauder Companies has a presence in 17 markets in Asia Pacific and a team that is 11,000 employees strong. In the past 20 years, the company has opened offices in 12 countries in the region and now reaches more than 30,000,000 consumers each year. 

During his 25-year career, Fabrizio has worked and lived in three continents and seven countries where he’s gained perspective from many cultures, industries, distribution channels, and business models. Fabrizio also possesses a solid understanding of the manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes, and dynamics of the business, as well as strong retail experience in the fashion and luxury categories.

Nrupesh Soni has spent 10 years in China, from 1999-2009, providing ICT Solutions, Security Assessment and Training to Chinese companies as well as specialising in customised sourcing solutions for companies around the globe. He then spent 3 years in Namibia, Southern Africa, doing Investment Consulting. While in Africa, he launched 2 startups and provided ICT and E-Government Solutions. In 2012, Soni returned to China, getting back into IT, startups, and investment. Soni has organised over 30 IT networking events since 2002 in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
