Don’t worry, we all experience these thoughts and feelings at one time or another. In this panel style workshop you’ll be given techniques from experts in the personal development field to build up your self esteem. These techniques will allow you to become a more confident person and to fully appreciate the positive things in your life.
Certified Hypnotherapist Laimei Yeung is passionate about supporting people in managing anxieties and fears and becoming empowered through her transformational hypnotherapy techniques.
Janine Jakob is a Happiness & Career Coach and Founder of Full Potential Partners Shanghai.
Trained Psychologist Bibiana Rueda-Bueno offers people a holistic, transformative experience to develop inner tools to be fully happy in the present moment.
This is no ordinary panel discussion! This is your opportunity to gain practical tips and exercises to take away with you and implement in your daily life to gain healthy self esteem. You’ll also get the chance to ask your burning questions to our panel members.
