On December 4, the Council has invited three lean experts to talk about how they apply lean concepts in their operations in China and you are invited. In this breakfast seminar, top industry experts will answer the question “How does lean apply to the supply chain and logistics?” and transform the way you think, act and lead your operations in China. 

This event is a great opportunity for any professionals to gain insights into lean principles applied to supply chain and logistics in China. And unlike other events, our speakers are not vendors or service providers, but true end-users and experts in lean concepts in China.

Confirmed speakers:

Sundar Bhyravan, Logistics Director, Unilever China
Sundar leads the Logistics organization of Unilever in China. He is responsible for defining the logistics network, strategy, warehouse and transport operations and end-to-end logistics strategy. Prior to this, Sundar was Regional Logistics Director of Unilever for Asia, Africa, Middle East.

Robin Huang, Supply Chain Manager, Stanley Black & Decker
Robin is a lean expert, currently working in Stanley Black & Decker. He is responsible for all the DCs in Asia including Japan, Korea, China, etc. Meanwhile he also owns the supply chain for service parts.

Xiaoying Xu, Lean Project Manager, LCL Consult & ex. Procter & Gamble 
Xiaoying is lean project manager at LCL Consult Ltd, conducting lean transforming on supply chain area. He specializes in supply chain strategy design and deployment, lean logistics and integrated planning strategy design and deployment. He was senior supply chain manager before in Braun and P&G.
