19:30 - 21:00:  Pitch your idea
21:00 - 21:30:  Attendees vote for the top ideas
21:30 - 22:00:  Teams start forming and discussing ideas
22:00+ ：Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. 

Saturday (June 2)

9:00  -  9:30:  Arrive, simple breakfast
9:30 -  12:00: Teams formed and setting up workspace for the weekend
12:00 - 13:00:  Lunch 
13:00 - 18:30:  Work, Call for needs & skills 
18:30 - 19:30:  Dinner 
19:30 - 22:30:  Mid weekend check-in, status reports, call for help 
 22:00+:  Finished for the day. 

Sunday (June 3)
 
9:00  -  9:30:   Arrive, simple breakfast 
9:30 - 12:00:   Work on idea, Call for help (this is self motivated, so don’t be shy) 
12:00 - 13:00:  Lunch 
13:00 - 17:00:  Coaches arrive… ASK QUESTIONS 
17:00 - 18:00:  Gut check. Start prepping for presentations 
18:00 - 21:00:  FINAL PRESENTATIONS 
21:00+: Awards, Networking...
