The 7th G(irls)20 Summit will be held on August 9th, 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. The focus of the 2016 Summit is to respond to the 2014 G20 Leaders commitment to bring more than 100 million women into the labour force by 2025. The Summit will be held in English and Mandarin.

The 2016 Summit will feature local and global speakers who will address:

• The Future of Work;
• Impact Investing and Entrepreneurism; 

• Engaging men; and,

• Maximizing the growth sectors.

Designed G20 style, the Summit brings together one delegate from each G20 country, plus a representative from the European and African Unions, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the MENA region. The Summit is a response to the G20 Leader’s commitment of 2014 to create 100 million new jobs for women by 2025. G(irls)20 Summit delegates are all girls, aged 18-23.

第七届20女生峰会（Girls20）定于2016年8月9日在北京四季酒店举行。2016年的峰会主题相应2014G20领导人峰会的号召，确保到2025年有1亿名女性参与到劳动中来。峰会以中英双语举行。

2016峰会邀请到当地和全球的领袖谈论以下话题：

• 未来工作情况
• 影响力投资及企业家精神
• 成长领域最大化

峰会将参照G20的形式，除了集结G20成员国的代表，还邀请到来自欧盟，非盟，阿富汗，巴基斯坦和中东北非区的代表。本届峰会相应2014G20领导人峰会的号召，目标是在2025年前创造一亿个新增女性就业机会。20女生峰会的所有代表为18-23岁的女性。
