Our ways of working are changing. Aside from the impact of technologies such as cloud and automation, our relationship to work is also undergoing significant change. From the blurring of lines between work and life, the sort of spaces we feel most productive, and the time we dedicate to earning a living – every element of work is now in flux.

As part of our on-going series of forums on coworking and flexible workspace already organized throughout Asia (10 events in 7 cities), we will organize the Future of Work Forum on September 21 in Shanghai.

In this compact forum, Future of Work will bring together workspace disruptors, their technology and their attitude with stakeholders across all modes and disciplines: to dialogue, to create insight and to promote collaboration.

- Work-life balance: as the nature and requirements of work change, how will our workflows and tasks transform alongside our social lives (workday transformation, commuting, remote working, social interaction)
- Creative communities & meeting spaces: the percentage of 'digital nomads', 'gig workers' and freelancers in our workforce continues to grow, and careers are becoming increasingly modular and remote. As a result, the importance of work communities and meeting spaces has increased rapidly. We'll explore the successful ingredients for constructing these spaces in China.
