Xiangwei grew up in Hunan, China, but lived and worked extensively in numerous world locations with a rich career of 20+ years spanning different industries and functions in Asia, Europe and America. Xiangwei received her Bachelor of Economics from the University of International Business & Economics in Bejing, and her EMBA from Columbia Business School in New York. In her spare time, through activities including mentoring, public speaking and writing, she is committed to the development and advancement of women as well as young professionals. Xiangwei is most proud of and inspired by her two wonderful children, who are the anchor of her life.
