Ms. Mary Ma 马雪征 博裕资本主席
Ms. Mary Ma is currently the Chairman of Boyu Capital. Prior to Boyu,
Ms Ma was a Partner of TPG Capital and co-Chairman of TPG China where
she primarily focused on investments in the Greater China region. Ms Ma
was previously the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Lenovo Group. She serves on the Lenovo Board as Non-Executive Vice
Chairman. Mary is an independent director of Standard Chartered Bank
(Hong Kong) Limited. She has been a member of the Listing Committee of
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 2009, a member of The Hong Kong
Institute of Directors since 2000, and was a member of the Dean's
Council of the Kennedy School of Harvard University from 2002-2007.
Ms. Ma holds a B.A. from Capital Normal University and studied at King's College.
Ms. Lifen Wang is Chief producer of Win in China (赢在中国) and founder & CEO of UMIWI, a firm that aims to encourage and help China's youth to explore tremendous opportunities in career and endless possibilities in entrepreneurship. Before founding UMIWI, Ms. Lifen Wang was a renowned variety show host at CCTV. She was the former producer and anchor of 经济半小时 and 对话 on CCTV.
Ms. Wang has a PhD from Beijing University, and was a Visiting Fellow at Yale University and Brookings Institute.
Mr. Fang Fang 方方 摩根大通副主席、中国投行业务主管
Mr. Fang Fang is Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking business in Asia and its CEO in China. Mr. Fang was appointed co-head of China Investment Banking in 2005 and CEO of J.P. Morgan China in early 2007. In November 2009, he was further appointed as Vice Chairman of Asia Investment Banking. Mr. Fang has also served on CPPCC’s Subcommittee for Economic Affairs.
Mr. Fang has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Xiaoping Xu 徐小平 真格基金创始人
Mr. Xu is the Founder of ZhenFund. He is also known as one of the China's pioneering angel investors, with distinctions from The Founder Magazine as "2010 Most Respected Angel Investor", "2011 Angel Investor of the Year", "2012 Best Angel Fund in China" and "2013 Best Angel investor in China".
Prior to founding ZhenFund, Mr. Xu was a Co-Founder of New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE: EDU), the largest provider of private education in China. He is highly regarded among college students and considered a legendary figure by millions of young Chinese students studying abroad who were influenced by his writing, teaching and speeches.
In 2006, China Southern People's Weekly voted Mr. Xu to be one of China's "50 Most Charismatic People" and in 2004, Forbes Magazine listed Mr. Xu as one of China's "Top 100 Celebrities".
Ms. Hua Xia 夏华 依文集团创始人
Ms. Hua Xia is the founder of Eve Fashion Group, one of the most influential male garment brands in China. As one of the most influential Chinese entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, she was named one of the ‘Top 25 Chinese Nationals in the Global Fashion Industry 2011’ by Forbes.
Ms. Xia graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law, and served as a faculty member following her graduation.
Mr. Wenwen Niu 牛文文 创业家杂志创始人
Mr. Niu Wenwen is the Publisher and Founder of The Founder (《创业家》) magazine and a professional economic observer. He joined Economic Daily Group in 1991 and was awarded “China News Prize” for three times. In 1999, he was entitled as the editor-in-chief of China Entrepreneur (《中国企业家》) Magazine. The Founder magazine began to publish in 2008 by Mr Niu after he resigned from China Entrepreneur.
Mr. Niu holds a Master's Degree in Economics and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Ms Cathy Wu 武红 新盟国际顾问公司创始人
Ms. Cathy Wu is the founder and president of New Alliance Consulting International, one of the leading financial communication consulting firms in China.
Ms. Wu founded NAC in 2001. She specializes in providing
strategic counsel on issue-based communication, crisis management, and
corporate reputation across financial sectors. Ms. Wu is one of the major
architects behind the highly successful BoAo Forum For Asia, the most
prestigious high-level conference in Asia. Throughout the years, she
transformed NAC from a company with one small Beijing office to a leading
consulting firm with offices in major cities of China and also in New York
City.
Ms. Wu holds a Bachelor of Arts from Beijing Film Academy and also received the Diploma of Global CEO Program from Harvard Business School.
Ms Ching Tao 陶清 卓展集团CFO
Ms. Ching Tao is the Chief Financial Officer of Charter Group Holdings Co (卓展百货), a premium department store operator. Prior to joining Charter Group, she was the executive director of Goldman Sachs.
Ms. Tao holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Cindy Yang is a Venture Partner at Qiming. She has 15 years of experience in information technology, business development, strategic and venture investments in China and the US.
Prior to Qiming, Ms Yang was a Senior Vice
President of Wicresoft, a joint venture of Microsoft and Shanghai government.
In 2005-2008, Ms Yang managed business development for Microsoft Windows Server
Group in Shanghai. In 2002-2005, Ms Yang led Microsoft strategic partnership
and investment programs in Asia, including China.
Ms. Yang holds degrees from Beijing University in China and University of Washington in US.

Ms. Annie Wu 邬国华, 金诚同达对外投资业务主管合伙人
Ms. Annie Wu is a Partner and head of JT&N’s outbound investment practice. She is a recognized authority on public and private acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and finance matters. She has been recently nominated as the PRC Deal Maker of the Year by Asian Legal Business.
Ms. Wu practiced law for about ten years with two prestigious international law firms, Sullivan and Cromwell (New York) and Kirkland and Ellis (Chicago). Prior to joining Jincheng, Tongda & Neal, she was a partner in the Beijing office of Paul Hastings & Janovsky LLP. Ms. Wu brings energy and a drive for perfection that allows her to provide legal services to a broad range of clients, and at a level that is typical of top-tier international law firms.
Ms Wu holds a JD from Cornell Law School and served from the President Cornell Law School Alumni Executive Board from 2010-2012

Prior to founding Tanni, Ms. Wu has worked at Hony Capital, Goldman Sachs, as well as Harvey Nichols. Ms. Wu holds a BA from Cornell University.

Ms Lu is the Founder of Green Tea Restaurant Group. Originally from Hangzhou, Green Tea Restaurant Group is a leading, highly popular restaurant chain with approximate 20 stores.
Mr. Lu Dong 董路, 兰缪创始人
Mr. Dong is the founder and CEO of La Miu, currently the No. 1 online lingerie brand in China with stores in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Haerbin. Mr. Dong was previously with Goldman Sachs, Monitor Group, and has spent 10 years in Japan.
Mr. Dong holds a BA from Santama University and an MBA from Stanford.
