Retreat Details:

Date & Time: 6pm, 19 September - 3pm, 21 September 

Venue: Guangming Hotel (and surrounding hotels)

Speakers: Drs. Nate & Christina Showalter

Fee: 

• Retreat Weekend (excluding hotel stay): 1500 RMB
• A hotel stay is NOT mandatory. You are free to commute to the retreat site from your home. 
• Hotels in the Area: 450 RMB - ~1350 RMB per night (You can use trip.com or call the hotels directly to make a reservation.
• Hotel Suggestions within walking distance

Retreat Weekend cost includes lunch and retreat materials.

Please Note:

• Childcare will be provided on Friday evening, overnight (for couples staying at a hotel), and Saturday until the end of the retreat sessions.
• Participants are responsible for booking hotel rooms either at Guangming or another hotel of their choosing if they want to stay at a hotel.
• Participants are responsible for their own dinner accommodations on Friday and Saturday evening.

Friday, September 19

*18:00 - Arrival and registration

18:15 - Welcome & Icebreaker

18:30 - Session 1: Abiding with Self and God

20:15 - End for couples to have the opportunity to have dinner on their own

*Hotel check-in times are usually around 15:00, but may vary. Please confirm with your hotel.

Saturday, September 20

*10:00 - 11:30 - Couple one-on-one reflection time

12:00 - Lunch (provided on site)

14:00 - Session 2: Abiding through Feelings and Conflict

16:00 - Break

17:00 - Session 3: Abiding in Love that Endures

18:30 - End (pick up kids)

*Check out of your hotel before coming to lunch if you are only staying for one night.

Sunday, September 21

*11:30 - Post Retreat Lunch - Location TBD

13:30 - Worship Service @ Guangming

*Check out of your hotel before coming to lunch if you are staying for two nights.

 Important notes:

1. Registration fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another couple if you are unable to attend.
