Dear Alumni,

Shanghai Alumni club encourages all Alumni to join us for the first Booth sports event. 

Depending on your experience level, you can choose to run/ walk 5k or 10k. 

If you are an experienced runner, please let us know, we may ask you to lead a small group.

All attendees who register will get one Booth standard T-shirt, one tailored Booth sporty T-shirt and one Hoodie, sponsored by Booth alumni club. Please choose your T-shirt size when register, registration will end by Oct 4  for T-shirt production reasons. Look forward to running together!

Dress code: pls wear workout clothing, and running shoes, for safety reasons.  

亲爱的校友们，

上海校友会盛情邀请你参加Booth商学院校友群的第一次跑步活动。根据你的经验水平，你可以选择在世纪公园的跑步路线上跑/走5公里或10公里，我们会有专人组织。如果你是有经验的跑步者，请让我们知道，我们可能会需要你帮忙领跑一个小分队。

所有参加者都会得到一件学校提供的Booth T恤、一件校友会特殊定制的Booth校友运动快干T恤以及Hoddie，由校友会赞助。请在注册同时选择你的T恤尺码，由于T恤需要提前定制，注册会在10月4日截止。期待与大家一起跑起来！

Schedule:

13:00-13:30  group check in at century park

13:30-14:00 warm up exercise by trainer 

14:00-15:30 5/10K run 

15:30-16:15 running record and group photo 

16:15 and onwards Hot pot for relaxation
