Kerry Parkside Summer Camp

Classes consist of chess lessons and play in a fun environment. Experienced instructors teach players of all abilities. Lessons are tailored for the level of the children, and most importantly these classes are intended to be fun!

SCA Policies for Small Group Classes and Intensive Courses 2017-18

SCA 2017-18年小班课和集中课课程制度

Liabilities 

We teach in appropriate facilities with qualified coaches. However, we do not accept liability for accidents or injuries, and all guardians are understood to have agreed to this risk when registering for our classes or events. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause.  We reserve the right to exclude children who have a negative impact on classes.

责任和义务

我们负责提供安全的教具和符合教学资格的教员，所以我们不承担任何学员的意外和受伤的责任，敬请所有注册我们课程的监护人能够理解。参加课程的学员需要为因他们而造成的损坏负全责。如果任何学员出现严重影响课堂的行为，我们有权暂停该学员的课程。

Classroom Rules

Parents or guardians should bring students to the teaching location no earlier than 10 minutes before the class start time, and collect them no later than 10 minutes after the class finish time. SCA cannot supervise students outside these time frames. Our coaches often need to leave classroom shortly after the class, or need a break time in between classes. Please respect the class start and finish times so we may provide the best possible experience to all students.  Parents are not allowed in classroom during the class. During the first class or free trial class, parents may join the class for the first 15 minutes only. Students are not permitted to eat during the class. 

课堂规定

家长或监护人应准时接送学生，课前10分钟内送到，课后10分钟内接走。SCA无法在课后监管学生。大部分教员不会在课后停留，或他们需要一些时间休息准备下一节课。请家长或监护人们遵守上下课的时间，这样我们可以提供给学生更好的课堂体验。家长或监护人不允许和学生一起进入课堂陪学。如果是课程第一节课或免费体验课，家长可视情况陪同学员最多15分钟时间。学员不可在课堂上吃东西。

Refunds and Credit

Registration fees are refundable reduced by 3% up to 5 days before an activity commences. After that 80% is refundable. After the first class, registration fees are not refundable.

If a student misses a class for any reason (including illness), a refund or credit will not be issued. Subject to availability and single day surcharge, up to one day from each full week registration can be made up another time during this year’s summer camp.

退款

注册费用在课程开始前5天提出申请，可以全额退款，开学前五天以内提出申请，可以退还全款的80%，第一节课程开始后，恕不接受任何退款申请，所有退款都将额外扣除Yoopay平台收取的3%服务费。

如果学生因为任何原因（包括疾病）无法参加课程，我们将不接受退款以及将课时余额转到下一学期，家长需提前24小时告知我们，我们可以在当季夏令营期间内安排仅限一次的补课，并收取单天的调课费。

Photographs and Information

We may take photographs of participants and use for relevant promotional purposes. We may also publish participants information in our live rating tables. If you do not wish you or your child to be included, please inform us.
