活动通过网络公开招募的方式， 在2014年10月20日至11月17日近一个月的时间内，参与人数急剧增加，短时间内线上共有300余组艺人陆续上传参赛视频并疯狂转发邀请投票，一时间近百万人次通过乐视网活动专区及新能量音乐计划微信账号进行投票。

最终通过网络转发号召、歌迷响应投票，选出了相对最具人气与关注度的十组艺人：

反光镜乐队、莫西子诗、海龟先生、顶楼马戏团、GALA、大波浪、痛仰、旅行团、赵雷、苏阳。

11月21起，入围“2014红牛新能量音乐计划”的10组艺人，将在全国十余座知名城市，举行为期6周场次多达50余场的巡回演出。

Since the initiation of 2014 RedBull New Energy Project, there have been many responses and supports from fans and artists all over the nation.

Through internet open call, the project has received a great number of participants and has in a short time received videos of some 300 artists/bands, great number of votes via RedBull New Energy Project's Wechat platform and homepage on LeTV.

Finally, here are the 10 most popular artists/bands:

Reflector; Mosi; Mr. Sea Turtle; Top Floor Circus; GALA; The Big Wave; Miserable Faith; The Life Journey; Zhao Lei; Su Yang.

Since the 21th of November 2014, the top 10 will embark on a national tour of six weeks and 50 performances.
