一、课程简介
在当今社会，与男性之间的合作，建立同盟关系对于个人的成长、职业发展以及社会的进步都具有重要意义。本课程旨在戏剧的体验中，深入探讨男性同盟的内涵、价值和构建方法，通过扮演、互动、排演等多种方式，帮助学员提升建立和维护与男性同盟的能力，从而在生活和工作中实现更好的发展。
二、课程目标
1. 在尊重差异中，理解与男性同盟的概念和重要性。
2. 在换位思考中，建立有益男性同盟的能力。
3. 在角色扮演中，认识到如何达成共识。
4. 在冲突处理中，认识到彼此的领导力风格。

In 2023, after a decade and more focusing on women in the workplace, sHero is committed to understanding the role men play as critical agents of change. There were gaps in the dialogue to understand why some men were more actively involved and others absent from conversations in the work of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

This inquiry was the seed of our HERObysHero™️ initiative. As a pioneer and thought leader in inspiring, empowering and connecting women to advance in the workplace now we engage men to advocate for positive change and continue to focus on groundbreaking and leading-edge programs.

An effective male allyship in realization of gender inequality stresses the importance that one of the first steps of being a male ally is recognizing that women can be at a disadvantage, despite their ability and talent, solely based on their gender. Being an effective male ally requires men to utilize their privilege and ask their female colleagues how they can assist. We encourage companies to make male allyship actionable in their DE&I efforts by having an open dialogue with Male senior executives who might have questions as to how to be an effective ally.

Let us celebrate these men who know that it is time we rise together, because a rising tide lifts all boats.
We celebrate not just the women who speak up but also celebrate the men who continue to listen and men who support the balance of power being restored to all. There are:
我们今天要表彰的，不仅是勇敢发声的女性，更是那些继续倾听、支持权力平衡归于所有人的男性。这些男性：
Men who agree that biology is not destiny.
他们坚信生物学决定不了命运。
Men who understand that dreams have no gender.
他们深知梦想不分性别。
Men who walk the talk and stop the talk when it is out of control.
他们言行一致，能在争议中明智克制。
Men who speak up when the rest are silent.
他们在沉默中大胆发声。
Men who protect when the rest are violent.
他们在暴力面前勇敢保护。
Men who understand that no one is safe till all of us are safe.
他们深刻理解：只有人人安全，才是真正的安全。
Men who will stand up to those who abuse power in any shape or form.
他们勇敢挑战任何形式的权力滥用。
Single fathers. Stay at home dads. The dads who always have time for one more bed time story. Husbands who support their wife's dream. Brothers who demand their sisters go to school. Men who show up when strangers cat call. Men who help us believe we can do it all.
他们是单身父亲、全职爸爸，是那些总能挤出时间讲睡前故事的父亲。他们是支持妻子梦想的丈夫、要求妹妹接受教育的兄弟、在陌生人骚扰时挺身而出的守护者，是那些让我们坚信自己能够成就一切的力量。
Men as Mentors who listen when you break down from stress. Men as Teachers who remember your dream when you have forgotten. Men as uncles who stand in to walk the bride down the aisle. Men as friends who act as a refuge when life crumbles. And the many, many different ways in which they support us as women, support us as a person wanting to lead a life that allows us to reach our potential.
他们还是导师，在你压力山大时倾听你的声音；是老师，在你遗忘梦想时提醒你；是叔叔，在特殊时刻陪伴你走过重要的路程；是朋友，在生活崩塌时为你提供庇护所。他们以无数方式支持我们，让我们作为女性、作为个体，勇敢追求梦想，发挥潜力。
It is time we celebrated these men who stand up against patriarchy as a mindset that pits one gender as superior to the other.
现在，是时候向这些男性致敬了。他们勇敢地反对任何将一性别置于另一性别之上的父权思维。他们不仅是我们迈向共同进步的伙伴，更是平等和尊重的真正倡导者，携手共创一个更加公正和谐的世界。
