Beijing Chateau Changyu AFIP Global is a China - America, Italy, Portugal joint venture .
It is the best of the four chateaus managed by Yantai Changyu Group and has four functions: brewing, tourism, training and leisure. It opened to the public on 23 June 2008.
The Chateau is a European-style resort located in Miyun County of Beijing. Here,await leafy avenues of trees, vineyards, a Gothic castle, European style town, extensive wine cellars, the Changyu History Museum and a scenic leisure area where visitors can drink their fill of wine culture, while relaxing close to nature.
If you are interested in wine tasting or wine culture, this tour will be perfect especially as it combines beautiful scenery and fresh air.
Destination: Beijing Chateau Changyu AFIP Global (张裕爱斐堡）
Date: Saturday 16 April
Meet: 08:15 Outside the Hilton Beijing (Liangma Qiao)

Our programme for the day includes: visiting the vineyard, forest & water resort, a 1,000m grape corridor, Mini European town, church, wine cellar and museum, 3D experience pavilion.
No wine trip would be complete without wine tasting and we will be enjoying a chance to taste two kinds of wine and will be receiving a bottle of brandy (110ml) as a present.
We also be having a brunch of traditional Chinese fresh farm food at a country yard. An English speaking guide will be with us for the museum.
Not included: personal expenditure.
Recommended: hat, comfortable clothes and shoes, sunblock, camera and your smile.
