Logistics underline the path the industrialization and modernization of Africa is taking, in view of achieving the vision and goals stated in Agenda 2063. Fast-growing economies in Africa consider logistics pivotal to the effective movement of goods in and out of countries as well as within.
The amount of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) a country attracts is also largely influenced by logistics available. The rise of Free Trade Zones and Industrial Parks across the African continent has propelled profits in logistics business to new heights.
With competition relatively low in this sector and even inexistent in some African countries, it's safe to say that the logistics industry remains one of the most fertile sectors open for investment. Investors interested, must position themselves as soon as they can before the sector gets saturated. The time is right and the time is now.
