ACYPI is a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation engaging more than 3,000 young professionals across Australia and China. Through events, we connect our members to industry partners across commercial, political and academic spheres, and provide networking opportunities across sectors. We are lucky to have an all-female panel (all highly-seasoned in recruitment and/or personal branding) from Hays, LinkedIn and EF Education First. The panel discussion will be moderated by ACYPI's Committee Member Katrina Too, followed by Q&A with attendees.

Olivia Plotnick

Marketing Specialist


Olivia has a passion for creating content that unites communities, builds brand awareness and drives engagement. She has built a personal brand reflecting her involvement and understanding of China marketing & communications as personal branding. Olivia is Manager, Marketing & Communications at Ogilvy, she holds a volunteer position on the Board of Directors for the International Professional Women’s Society (IPWS) as Marketing and Communications Executive and is a Brand Ambassador, Branding & Communications for FitFam — a free fitness community founded in Shanghai.


Sue Wei

Business Director

Sue is American Chinese who spent over 20 years in New York before returning to China 9 years ago.  She began in the advertising industry in New York as Account Executive, then moved into recruitment industry 9 years ago with focus on executive level finance and HR roles for multinational and domestic clients. Sue currently leads several business practices at HAYS including finance, human resource, legal, sales/marketing, education and lifescience.


Sue holds a Bachelor of Science from Marist College and MBA from Pace University, New York.


Sarah Zhang

Sarah Zhang is a Manager, Recruitment and Employee Development with EF Education First. As a recruitment professional with 8 years’ experience, she is specialized in sourcing & recruiting, talent strategy, leadership succession and interview & assessment. Prior to joining EF Education First, Sarah was an Associate at Korn Ferry International, where her experience spanned a diverse number of industries. Sarah has been using LinkedIn as the most effective working tool to identify and connect with best candidates in the talent market. She was a LinkedIn Columnist, and an active user of 5000+ connections.
