  Cindy Jensen is the Founder of BoldMoves China, a consulting firm with a focus in Strategy Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. Throughout Cindy’s career, she has been an advocate for the development of women and has been a Mentor to women throughout her professional career. She has served as a board of Director for EGRC and is currently the President of VIVA, a women’s professional Networking Association. A portion of their membership fees are donated to charitable organizations in China with a focus on women and education.

  In 2005, Ching founded a charity: Educating Girls of Rural China (EGRC). EGRC operates under the belief that educated women have educated children; educating women is the fundamental way to make better societies. Ching has established herself as the voice of girls’ education in China through prominent speaking engagements such as Alibaba’s 2017 Global Conference on Women and Entrepreneurship. In 2017, she was also awarded the Canadian Governor General’s Visit Medallion in recognition of her exceptional service in promoting the Canada-China relationship.

  Songqiao Yao is the founder of WildBound, an innovative environmental education venture based in China that brings young adults on expeditions to different ecosystems around the globe. She was the first Chinese participant and faculty member of Homeward Bound, the largest ever all female expedition to Antarctica to raise awareness of women's leadership in science.
