This session is developed to equip marketers and sales teams with the best tools to place the consumer at the center of all activities of a company.

WHO IS THE SPEAKER:
Sandrine Zerbib
President of Baozun Brand Management
Sandrine Zerbib has close to 30 years’ experience in consumer business in China, out of which the last 10 years working on cracking the code of Chinese digital native millennials.
She is currently President of Baozun Brand Management and of Baozun Europe, after Full Jet – the brand management and digital agency she had founded, was acquired in early 2021 by Baozun, the undisputed e-commerce service provider in China.
Sandrine Zerbib is also the co-author of Dragon Tactics – How Chinese Entrepreneurs Thrive in Uncertainty, a book that makes a case, that in a rapidly digitising and increasingly uncertain and unpredictable global business environment, there is much to learn from successful Chinese entrepreneurs.
Until mid-2007, Sandrine Zerbib was the President of adidas Greater China. She was appointed in the mid-1990s to create and develop the China business of adidas. She started and successfully developed the adidas business in China, from its naissance stage to its present market leading position.
