LindyHop是20世纪初起源于美国的一种舞蹈，它的历史和故事可以讲几天几夜。简单地说Lindy是摇摆舞里最具代表性的，跟着爵士乐发展起来的一种欢快的舞蹈。除Lindy Hop外，摇摆舞还包括Charleston、Balboa、Boogie、Shag等等。
LindyHop is a dance originated in the early 20th Century in America. It has such a long history that can be talked for days. Long story short, Lindy Hop is the most popular type of swing dance. It is a hilarious social dance along with jazz music. Other than Lindy Hop, Swing Dance also includes Charleston、Balboa、Boogie、Shag etc.
它和爵士乐一样注重即兴，可以充分发挥你的创造力。它轻松愉悦，走到哪儿跳到哪儿，不论语言国籍种族都可以舞会友。
It appreciates improvisation and encourage creativity just like the jazz music. When the music is up you can dance with anyone anywhere. It is an universal language between Lindy Hoppers.
