On Friday the 14th of August, Beijing Blend invites you to celebrate its first birthday! The culture media group is celebrating a year of provocative social commentary and cross-cultural conversation through its articles, discussion panels and videos.

以完全京搅扮的风格出发，这次生日大趴将有音乐、艺术、美酒和志趣交谈，而这一切都是为着一个善意的原因。京搅扮将和慈善机构“点亮眼睛”合作举办这次活动，并将收入所得全数捐给被视力问题困扰的山区留守儿童。
In true Beijing Blend fashion the party will mix music, art, drink and conversation -- all for a good cause. Beijing Blend is teaming up with social enterprise Education In Sight, with all ticket proceeds going towards children affected by poor vision in rural areas.

今次摄影展将展出纪录摄影师刘飞越和Nathan Chester的作品，现场音乐澳大利亚乐队Groove Collective的创作歌手Tash Jamieson的演出，之后更有DJ Panda Chief。80升的免费Sangria由Cheers！提供，当晚绝对为你制造京城搅拌器。
The walls will be lined with the works of documentary photographers Liu Fei Yue and Nathan Chester, while live music will be performed by Australian singer-song-writer of The Groove Collective, Tash Jamieson. Afterwards DJ Panda Chief's set will take us late into the night. 80 litres of Sangria will be provided by Cheers, making for a true Beijing B(l)ender.
