Come make Qingtuan (青团) in our food workshop at our campus near the Shanghai Library.
Qīngtuán (青团) is a form of dumpling that is green, common throughout China — especially during the Qingming Festival (清明节) held on April 4th. Qingtuan is made of glutinous rice mixed with Chinese mugwort or barley grass. The filling is usually made of red or black bean paste.
We'll take you through the steps and provide you with the ingredients!
