Come and join us for the highlight of the early Summer - and the OCCB's signature event - a garden party at the Residence of the British Ambassador on Wednesday 14th Jun 2017.

Come for the networking at this prestigious location, pleasant company, drinks and food!

When:

5:30-8:30 pm,  Wed 14th June.

Where:

Residence of the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, 11 Guanghua lu, Beijing**

**This is adjacent to the Embassy at 11 Guanghua Lu.

Dress code:

Cocktail/Business/smart casual (No jeans nor shorts or trainers)

Tickets:

Early bird: 230RMB for Oxbridge alumni, 300RMB for their personal guests. Early bird ticket sales will close on 12noon 4th Jun (Sunday).

Regular: 258RMB for Oxbridge alumni, 358RMB for their personal guests.

Price includes canapes, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

All ticket sales will close on June 11th at 12 noon or earlier if tickets have already sold out. This is in order to adhere to the embassy security requirements; therefore it will not be possible to purchase tickets after this deadline. Please be advised that tickets are limited and this event sells out every year.

* Please note that tickets are non-transferable for security reasons. This means that you must register the official name of yourself and all guests, as shown on their photo ID. Otherwise you will be refused admittance. Guests must be accompanied by Oxbridge alumni.

* Please note that there is a strict No Smoking policy in the residence.

* Please note that ticket sales can only be handled via Yoopay; cash cannot be accepted on the door and there will be strictly no walk-ins.

* In recognition of our status as guests in the British Ambassador’s personal residence, please be respectful of the event ending time of 8:30 pm.
